Technician was late arriving and was totally upset with something when he arrived Plus manager said job would take a half hour, max but in reality, it took just over an hour. My expectation was that someone should have called me to tell me that the technician was running late because the original time given was between 1 and 3 pm. When no one was here at 3, I called the manager and got nothing but attitude, saying that at least he gave a two hour window.

Easy to pick, schedule, and top quality installation. Wouldn't call anyone else!
