The installer came at his scheduled time for the install but had wrong color door. The installer was very apologetic, and Chuck also called and apologized. The installer came the week after and did a perfect install and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy we chose A-1 overhead door for our new garage door and opener.

The overall installation of my garage doors, the motors/ bell dri, the weather strips to closed up any gaps was well done! The inside of the garage is reporting on the control panels about 25 degrees difference to outside. The garage is not heated. The only disappointment, the control panels wiring to the motors, could of being done more professionally!

This was a particularly tricky garage - with an uneven frame, an unusual size, and the disposal of an ancient artifact of a previous door. Our new door is even, the gap is gone, we have insulation, and it is really attractive. From the original consult to the scheduling and installation, everything went smoothly and was clear and a good value!
