The sales person Chuck was very pleasant and professional and the two service men were social, good at what they do and very clean about their work/cleanup. I would definitely recommend A-1's services again to other people looking for garage door services.

Never got a call back from you

I am on sales myself and if a customer call and I… Read more Perhaps it is me, but I have called more than 3 times and have talked to 2 ladies and someone was supposed to get back to (Chuck). Never happened. I am on sales myself and if a customer call and I cannot answer at the same moment at least call back in 24 hours or less. Bad customer service means, losing sales and losing sales means losing money I do not like any of them. I have called the competitor, that is on the phone book as well (I will not say the name of the company and talk to John) he was nice to understand my needs and service was fast. His crew is very nice as well.

However, I actually did have a conversation with you regarding your Fire Rated door, which A-1 had already determined needed replacement, not repair. my repair was a very tricky situation. it took 3 visits to fix the problem and A-1 was very cooperative and understanding. each time they came out the problem seemed to be fixed only to find the… Read more my repair was a very tricky situation. it took 3 visits to fix the problem and A-1 was very cooperative and understanding. each time they came out the problem seemed to be fixed only to find the garage door not opening a day or 2 later. after replacing multiple parts it was determined the opener needed to be replaced. they were very responsive each time and gave me credit toward the new opener for the parts that were previously installed.
