The steel sheet metal around the lifting point was cracking and then one of the torsion spring let go and made cracks even worse. Chuck Wilson helped us decide on what type door we wanted choose as a replacement. Then Mark, with Chucks help, did an very professional job of installing the door. We were totally satisfied.

Worn springs, pulleys, cables , rollers etc. Adjusted everything and realigned doors. Doors are much quieter and operate great.
