Chuck was very helpful coming onsite to measure and look over the system we were replacing. He answered all our questions clearly and simply. There wasn't any hard sell, just honest information to help us decide what's best for our situation. Mark did a professional job installing the doors and openers as well as cleanly removing the old ones. He clearly explained how to operate the new system.

I would highly recommend A-1 Overhead Door Systems. They did an awesome job from initial phone call for a quote to installation of my garage door and garage door opener.

One service man said should be done, next service man said, no you need… Read more Took 51 days to fix with mistakes made in the office staff with cancelling when WE never canceled and then had to wait more. One service man said should be done, next service man said, no you need the 16' torsion tube also as a groove is worn in it. Door is now fixed and it works wonderfully, but I was not pleased with the office service in particular. Not returning calls, two office workers called on the same day to give an appointment as they do not know what the other is doing.

We were very happy with A-1, only wished we'd gotten new garage doors way sooner! They are awesome!
