One service man said should be done, next service man said, no you need the 16' torsion tube also as a groove is worn in it. Door is now fixed and it works wonderfully, but I was not pleased with the office service in particular. Not returning calls, two office workers called on the same day to give an appointment as they do not know what the other is doing.

We were very happy with A-1, only wished we'd gotten new garage doors way sooner! They are awesome!

So rare and so refreshing. The installer went out of his way to make the installation perfect. He didn't just slap up the doors and leave--he fine tuned the installation until it was perfect. Don't bother looking anywhere else if you need garage doors. There can't be anyone out there better. And on top of it, the price was the best I had found!
