He was prompt to arrive, talked me through the process and all options including costs. They followed up via email (no pressure at all) in a few days and I found their quote to be in line or even better than the 2 others I received.

We replaced everything and the guys showed up earlier than expected and were done in about 5 hours. Very happy with the final product!
