There wasn't any hard sell, just honest information to help us decide what's best for our situation. Mark did a professional job installing the doors and openers as well as cleanly removing the old ones. He clearly explained how to operate the new system.

One service man said should be done, next service man said, no you need the 16' torsion tube also as a groove is worn in it. Door is now fixed and it works wonderfully, but I was not pleased with the office service in particular. Not returning calls, two office workers called on the same day to give an appointment as they do not know what the other is doing.
