I placed the order in September, but the doors didn't get installed until the end of January. We had significant delays due to supply shortages from the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout the long wait, I received updates from the scheduling department. We are very pleased with the new doors and openers that were installed. The installation went well. They even disposed of the old doors.

I think product availability is a big problem and any delay in ordering components cannot be made up with the installation schedule it is real time lost.
