Contractors working on house punctured door panel. A-1 tech came out on day promised within time window provided and quickly replaced the panel. I was concerned about water pipes in the garage where panel was to be replaced as temps were right at freezing. Tech quickly replaced panel, and temps in garage did not drop more than one degree. When he finished he greased all the wheels and bearings and the spring.

I talked with him about each one and decided on repair rather than replacement of the door. The installer was very knowledgeable took time to show me how to make minor adjustments if needed.
