One service man said should be done, next service man said, no you need the 16' torsion tube also as a groove is worn in it. Door is now fixed and it works wonderfully, but I was not pleased with the office service in particular. Not returning calls, two office workers called on the same day to give an appointment as they do not know what the other is doing.
